new server not sending emails internal or external config

upgraded my server again (needed more ram performance scores roughly 4700+) but new servers not sending emails on any of my 3 jr sites! ive tried internal (whats it use sendmail? i'm wondering if somethings not installed ..and should be checked in system check) and external smtp been trying for days admins say test mails sent by script or command line are working through smtp should the email id be the fiull email? old server worked on internal just fine so what might not be installed or...

I finally got my marketplace set up and then I thought I could install all of the great themes I have and then I got the error Unable to communicate with update server (2), anyone had that happen? I looked in my logs and I saw this jrCore_load_url: https://www.jamroom.net/networkmarket/sdownload/jrPage/FqHSu4I4qrxkEQO4U8Ke returned code 0 - error #35 (error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol)

I just tried installing genosis-open-source-6.0.7 and end up with an initial page where the stylesheet seems to be broken, the Trees, Explore, Login, Create Account links are white on white. However if I click on create account I get Not Found The requested URL /mypersonalstuffhere/tree/modules/jrCore/router.php was not found on this server. got a new server (performance test 2330 - 2460 scores) but all audio although it converts but wont play with error An error was encountered loading the media URL additionaly files over a few megs fail to upload (1 gig vid) running integrity check gets stuck after a minute running force audio reconversion gets stuck after adding only 200 to the queue and updating core fails as well im assuming its a timeout issue ..but ..what timeout would it be well the media url thing baffles me

I have been running 1 of the most expensive servers used for jr sites, but also consistently gets the best performance test ratings (peaked at 2700!!!) but have been spending 449 a month because my site is huge I could no longer justify spending 3/4 of my low income (on disability) on the server and spent 6 months looking into cheaper options, and finding none at all that could be configured how i required (dreadlockssite alone is nearly 1 tb, i use a 650 gig ssd and 2 tb media drive...

old test domain in notification emails after server restore
